How is this different from the €49 Pro license?
Pro is a single-user license — perfect for one producer or VJ. Venue & Label extends that to up to five machines and grants commercial rights to your organisation as a whole, plus explicit venue-installation use and priority support. If FRAX3D is going on one personal machine, get Pro. If it's for a team, business or public installation, this is the one.
What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is one machine the software is activated on. Five seats means up to five computers — your VJs', your front-of-house machine, your studio workstation, and so on — all covered by the single purchase.
Do we need a company to buy this?
No. Individuals, collectives and registered businesses can all buy it. The checkout partner handles invoicing and EU VAT, so you get a proper receipt for your books either way.
Can we use the output commercially?
Yes — that's the point of the entity commercial rights. Visuals and videos you make can be used for your releases, paid shows, client work and installations. There are no per-export fees or royalties.
